Aaron Ramsey scored his 7th and 8th goals of the season to help give Arsenal a 3-1 win over Cardiff City on Saturday.

The Welsh midfielder showed off his aerial prowess to head in a cross from Mesut Ozil on the half hour mark, then finished off the Bluebirds by orchestrating and finishing a comprehensive counter attack in stoppage time.

His muted celebrations were met with respect and even some applause from the home fans at Cardiff City Stadium, and the 22-year-old expanded on that sentiment after the game:

Unfortunately for Cardiff fans, Ramsey once again proved pivotal to the Gunners, as they secured their 10th win of the season and hold on to top spot in the Premier League with 31 points.

Goals: Ramsey (29, 90+3), Flamini (86)

Arsenal: Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs, Arteta, Wilshere, Ramsey, Ozil, Cazorla, Giroud

Cardiff City: Marshall, Taylor, Caulker, Turner, Whittingham, Medel, Campbell, Kim, Mutch, Cowie, Theophile-Catherine
