Bayern Munich didn’t reach their usually lofty heights, but still managed a 1-0 victory over Hoffenheim at the Rhein-Neckar Arena on Sunday.

After taking the lead through Mario Gomez in the first half, Jupp Heynckes brought on Brazilian midfielder Luis Gustavo to sit back and defend their lead.

The victory restored a 17 point lead atop the Bundesliga for the Bavarians, who have one more match before the Champions League 2nd leg against Arsenal on March 13th.
